We are looking for a Creative Specialist - Art Director, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position is responsible for creating impactful print and digital media, such as digital ads, PowerPoint presentations, and email blasts. It also requires coordinating the planning, implementation, and maintenance of a digital library that contains marketing materials like photography, logos, and illustrations. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing efficiencies to improve the internal creative processes, including necessary software programs and equipment for managing high volumes of work. 

Skills & Requirements 

  • Required bachelor's degree
  • Required 3 years' experience in the design/production field of marketing including experience with print layout, file management, digital photo library setup and maintenance, and print production management
  • Preferred agency experience 

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Designs and produces high quality creative, predominantly print media but also including electronic media, to support the Department's needs.
  • Creates concept and design and executes creative projects (partnered with a copywriter) that are in line with brand standards and department leader expectations.
  • Follows creative brief guidelines and adhering to the creative process and project cycle rules and regulations.
  • Works with Materials Management in the vendor bidding and selection process to ensure the right vendor is selected (per price, timing, and quality) for each assigned project.
  • Offers production support when needed to other designers.
  • Coordinates the planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of existing file/server responsibilities and digital library. Manages brand properties/guidelines for organization.
  • Identifies and implements efficiencies to improve internal creative processes and capabilities.
