We are looking for a Service Line Project Lead – Marketing & Public Relations, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position, you will oversee all marketing efforts related to their assigned service line. You are responsible for developing and implementing strategic annual marketing plans with the Manager and Director that increase awareness and drive patient volume among consumer and physician audiences. Other responsibilities include team leadership, brand management for the entire system, physician specific marketing efforts and monthly measurement. 

Skills & Requirements

  • Required bachelor's degree business, marketing, or a related field with a preferred master's degree business, marketing, or a related field  
  • Required 5 Years in Progressive marketing or communications experience
  • Detailed knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, strategic planning, direct marketing, and creative development. Previous healthcare experience is not required but a plus. Digital media and marketing experience is a must in this ever-changing digital environment. It is important to be well versed in paid search, digital display, email marketing, social media, and reporting. Experience working with executive leadership is a must. 
  • Agency experience highly preferred 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic marketing lead for an assigned service line.  
  • Working in conjunction with the administrative leads and physician leads of your assigned service line you will create an omni-channel marketing plan that solves business needs and drives revenue to the organization.
  • Plan, facilitate, attend, and participate in meetings and other events as needed.
  • Be able to speak to SEO/SEM, social media, website revisions, omni-channel marketing plans and reporting.
  • Provide strategic direction and fresh thinking to help drive business results.
  • Integrate effective marketing planning with each center’s unique business objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative services team to ensure that all digital channels are always up to date for the assigned service line.  
  • Creates, implements, and measures annual marketing plans for key priorities.
  • Determines and manages marketing needs and functions as project lead on all designated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates the creation, implementation, production, and measurement of marketing campaigns to support goals and objectives.
