We are searching for a Clinical Supervisor LVN — someone who works well in a fast-paced primary care setting. In this position you’ll supervise and direct clinical staff and gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients. We need someone who considers developmental age in approach to and preparation of patients.

Qualifications:

•   High School graduate, GED or equivalent
•   Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing 
•   LVNs: Current license/permit to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas required
•   Current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support for health care providers
•   One (1) year clinical experience
•   One (1) year supervisory experience is preferred
•   Experience with VFC Vaccination ordering 

 

Responsibilities: 

•   Supervises staff
•   Assist with the collection of patient/family data
•   Provides general patient care
•   Administers medication
•   Assists with education of patient/family
•   Coordinates referrals
•   Triages patients
