We’re hunting for a Supervisor of Neurophysiology, someone who’s ready to be part of the best ranked children’s hospital in Texas, and among the best in the nation. In this position, you will supervise staff in the Clinical EEG Laboratories, promote program development, assist in daily operations related to the 
provision of EEG services, provide clinical direction to the EEG technologists, Tech Associates, and students, provide patient care in a developmentally and age-appropriate manner for patients ages 0 – adulthood within the scope of demonstrated clinical competencies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•   Provides clinical and operational leadership and guidance.
•   Supervises technologists and other staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the EEG lab and coordinates EEG staffing schedules.
•   Coordinates departmental performance improvement, staff performance management and collaborates with leadership on updating the departmental policies and procedures.
•   Facilitates the acquisition of knowledge through formal and informal teaching. Makes recommendations for continuing education.
•   Responsibility B: Performs Patient Care and Related Activities.
•   Provides quality Electroencephalographic (EEG) data analysis and supervises technical operation.
•   Attends health, safety and training in-services and other mandatory Hospital activities.

Skills & Requirements
•   Required H.S. Diploma or GED with a preferred bachelor's degree
•   Required REEGT - Reg Electroencephalogra Tech by the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists and BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association
•   Preferred one or more additional registries in Electroneurodiagnostics (R. EP T., CLTM, CNIM, R.NCS T., CMEG, CAP)
•   Required 4 years Clinical experience in Neurophysiology
•   Preferred 5 years Neurodiagnostic testing and 2 years Clinical pediatric experience
