We’re looking for a Mobile Clinic Program Manager, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will coordinate the delivery of medical and social services provided via multiple mobile clinics to an underserved population at selected elementary schools or other identified locations as part of a consortium of community agencies and healthcare organizations. 


Job Duties & Responsibilities 
•   Ensures client and family education 
•   Ensures that 100% of clients are informed of all insurance programs for which they may qualify. 
•   Ensures that families are educated on benefits of a permanent medical home. 
•   Develop new resource book(s) for area(s) serving. 
•   Annually review existing resource book(s) and education material. 
•   Educates families on available resources in the community. 
•   Ensures that client/family receives education material for anticipatory guidance and current identified problems. 
•   Directs daily operations of the mobile clinic program 
•   Serves as the liaison between TCH and Community Collaborators 
•   Data Collection and Reporting. 
•   Maintains Budget. 
•   Manages the dissemination of information. 
•   Demonstrates and ensures excellent customer service. 
•   Coaches and counsels' employees of mobile clinic program. 
•   Ensures staff compliance with TCH policies and procedures and external regulatory agencies of mobile.

 
Skills & Requirements 
•   Required bachelor's degree in health care area. Related experience may be substituted for education year for year. 
•   Required TDR - Texas Driver's License 
•   Required 2 years' experience in a related field
