We are looking for a Global Hope Partnerships Officer, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will develop and implement strategies to grow the network of support for Global HOPE by engaging external partners including U.S. Government, African governments, international groups, foundations, companies, and individuals to advance the mission. This role will be responsible for management of partnership engagement, developing strategies in collaboration with departmental leadership, and engaging with program leaders across Global HOPE to implement. The Global HOPE Partnerships Officer will also manage the development of communications in collaboration with the External Affairs team and Marketing & PR.

 

Skills & Requirements

Required H.S. Diploma or GED, with a preferred bachelor's degree. 
Required 3 years Fundraising, partnership development, project management, grant writing and reporting.  
Preferred 3 years of International/Global Health.

 
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and manage partnership engagement programs and structure that contribute to the overall strategy for External Affairs. 
Develop engagement strategies for external partners and manage cross-functional engagement with program leadership. 
Develop, manage, and oversee the execution of strategies and services to engage new and existing external partners. 
Lead development of programs and structure to support the advancement of key partnership relationships. 
Track and measure effectiveness and impact of program(s) on department goals. 
Develop and manage communications (newsletters, social media, etc.). 
Develop annual and long-term strategies for developing partnerships to enhance impact of Global HOPE. 
Record and manage donor/prospect data, activity, management, and movement in partnership management database.
