We are searching for a Program Support Coordinator -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will independently perform routine administrative support and coordinate projects related to departmental needs, maintain and develop relationships, and prioritize department operations.

Qualifications:

· Required H.S. Diploma or equivalent with a preferred bachelor's degree

· Required 2 years of Administrative and/or program support experience with preferred 3 years of Project management experience

Responsibilities:

· Provides Clerical/Administrative Support for team.

· Prepares necessary information in support of annual planning for upcoming meetings/events

· Coordinate schedules, including requests for products and tasks from internal and external team members

· Routes phone messages to the appropriate person, Triage inquiries from external constituents in a prompt and courteous manner. 

· May maintain inventory of department equipment/supplies and orders -replacements as needed.

· Provide data management and support

· Includes complex entry regarding prospect assignments and triaging some of this process flow. Attending confidential meetings surrounding this process is required.

· Includes regular imports of data to capture broad-based correspondence sent to multiple donors

· May arrange for translators/interpreters for patient and/or provider interactions for department events

· May submit receipts for deposits and petty cash reimbursements requests to manager for approval as needed

-Build relationships with donors and seek other sources for hospital donations.
