We’re looking for a Manager of Provider Relations Analytics, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day Operations of Data Integrity team maintaining State and Regulatory requirements along with departmental SLAs. The Manager will also serve as the department's subject matter expert on technical requirements for HP systems and will serve as the primary contact with the central Information Services Department.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Lead Provider Relations Analytical Team
•    Manage the work and direction of the team
•    Direct the Department standards to meet and then exceed State and NCQA Requirements
•    Lead cross function workgroups to create and implement best practices across multiple Departments
•    Report out to Leadership and Executive Leadership with quantifiable metrics on the quality of the data
•    Define the Department scope and review and sign off on policies and procedures
•    Educate other departments on processes impacting provider data in all
•    Business strategy, reporting and communication 
•    Lead data management and analytics
•    Coaching and developing

Skills & Requirements
•    Bachelor's Degree required
•    Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, MIS, Finance or related preferred
•    Master's Degree preferred
•    4 years Strategic planning and/or project management experience within a healthcare environment required 
•    Management/leadership experience preferred
