We are searching for a Senior Philanthropy Coordinator -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of special projects and programs for key fundraising initiatives and events in our Philanthropy department; and to provide proactive support for clerical activities, data management, and logistics in order to help secure philanthropic funds for the organization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guide planning and development for program/project elements
  • Identify and initiate process improvements for greater efficiency, cost savings and/or donor impact
  • Manage communication support including correspondence, presentations, phone and email for assigned team member(s)
  • Maintain expense documentation and budget tracking and facilitate appropriate expense/procurement processes for team
  • Coordinates planning for donor/prospect/volunteer group activities including meetings, tours, visits, etc
  • Leads coordination of meeting/event communication elements including attendee lists, related correspondence (invites, agendas, follow-up, etc.), attendee tracking
  • Help record donor/prospect data and activity in fundraising technology system (CRM database)
  • Help execute philanthropy priority events and initiatives in collaboration with NRI team
  • Collaborate with Philanthropy Coordinator team and other colleagues to identify and create solutions for MPRP process and team improvements

Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4 years administrative, program support or related experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree may substitute for two years of work experience
