We are searching for a Senior Programmer Analyst-- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will organize and administer the configuration and development of Integrated Delivery Systems, and devise and design technical requirements of systems, and are charged with the documentation and development of well-defined methods, procedures, programs, and configurations in the delivery of systems.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
•    Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik or Power BI
•    Stay current with industry best practices, tools and trends in data analytics
•    Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate effectively with clients

Skills & Requirements
•    Required H.S. Diploma or GED
•    Preferred master's degree in science
•    Required 8 years major system design and implementation experience
•    Preferred project management or project leadership experience
•    Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) additional years of work experience. Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis

Preferred Skills
•    Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
•    Experience with data modeling in cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, and Snowflake etc.)
•    Experience with data governance concepts like data quality, data cataloging and data lineage
•    Experience building dashboards using Qlik, Power BI or Tableau
