We’re searching for a Manager of Finance, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll oversee the financial operations and financial planning of hospital facilities. You'll ensure the smooth running of the hospitals' finances through effective oversight of internal controls, reporting, policy implementation, and improving financial processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provides support to the administration team and executive leadership in setting the strategic and financial direction for the department
Leads critical quantitative and qualitative analysis to project the financial impact of operational decisions on current and future service line models, including building financial models and proformas, obtaining and manipulating data, and preparing summaries and presentations for the executive team
Assists in strategy setting and initiative prioritization related to management and delivery, including ongoing market assessment, analysis and intelligence of local competitors as well as select national competitor intelligence for specific programs
Assists in the review and preparation of financial and statistical reports and analyses associated with the budgeting process, coordinating with the leadership team and partnering with departments to ensure timely reporting
Produces and oversees financial analysis and reporting to track daily, weekly, monthly and yearly progress across current and future service lines
Manages team members and team activities by establishing guidelines for individual and team performance to ensure desired outcomes and alignment with organizational and departmental goals, maintaining responsibility for completion of work and holding team members accountable for job responsibilities, measuring customer satisfaction and providing metrics to benchmark and analyze team performance
Plans, leads and directs additional strategic and/or financial analyses as directed by executive leadership
Provides outstanding customer service, develops strong relationships with executives, directors and leadership across the organization, identifies and resolves problems quickly and appropriately, and ensures communication is maximized
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree accounting, finance, business administration, or healthcare required
3 years' experience in a strategic and/or financial planning environment of a large healthcare or consulting organization required
