We are searching for a Senior Donor Relations Advisor— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead and continuously improve donor relations program that will ensure proper stewardship of existing donors, cultivation of new prospects, and/or help engage donors in strategic ways that help secure funds and ensure donor retention. Collaborate with members of the office of philanthropy to add strategic value in donor stewardship with the goal to progressively upgrade level of giving and involvement. Manage endowed fund reporting, which requires working with operational leaders in finance, legal, and investments. Liaise with administrative and physician leaders in all service lines to request updates to fulfill reporting requirements of donors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3 Years Fundraising, Donor Relations, Project Management, Grants And/Or Reporting Experience Required
  • Stewardship experience highly preferred 

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee advancement of donor reporting that is required, or highly recommended by the assigned gift officer.
  • Advance programs and services that engage new and existing prospects/donors.
  • Create annual stewardship plans for assigned donors in collaboration with gift officer.
  • Collaborate with members of the office of philanthropy to add strategic value in donor
  • Collaborate and support team members to ensure on-time delivery of donor reports, which includes TCH leaders in finance, legal, compliance and with respective service lines.
  • Support creative Drive response and engagement with Office of Philanthropy for priority events and initiatives.
  • Record and manage donor/prospect data, activity, management and movement in fundraising technology system.
  • Maintain integrity of data in fundraising technology system.
