We’re searching for a Manager of Behavioral Health & Community Services Programs, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll provide operational leadership, strategic development, and financial oversight of behavioral and social services programs in the Austin and Houston areas within our Pediatrics unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides supervision, coaching, and support to behavioral health clinicians and social workers within the integrated care model
- Leads the recruitment process for behavioral health clinicians and social workers, including interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection
- Coordinates orientation activities tailored to candidate experience and program needs
- Develops annual performance goals and metrics aligned with organizational standards
- Develops business cases for new services and potential expansion opportunities
- Implements and monitors social services initiatives aligned with pediatric primary care goals
- Contributes to annual budget development, working with finance and leadership to forecast, plan, and allocate resources
- Conducts team meetings to share key performance indicators, address issues, and provide update
- Consistently administers corrective action to ensure compliance with policy and procedures in collaboration with Practice Managers and Assistant Directors of Regional Operations
- Demonstrates knowledge of and maintains compliance with policies and procedures
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- LCSW - Lic Clinical Social Worker by Texas Behavioral Health Ex Council (TBHEC) or LPC - Licensed Prof Counselor by Texas Behavioral Health Ex Council (TBHEC) preferred
- 3 years of formal supervisory experience required

- Behavioral health experience preferred
