We are searching for a Business Systems Analyst – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will support our internal teams by delivering effective system training and assist with ongoing process improvements. You will work closely with senior analysts and internal stakeholders to understand system functionality and translate that knowledge into clear, engaging training for new employees. Additionally, this role will play a critical role in user adoption, support and communication across clinical practices.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Facilitate new-employee training for clinical systems, ensuring new hires understand system workflows, best practices, and organizational standards
· Develop and deliver training materials such as guides, presentations, videos, quick-reference sheets, and hands-on practice sessions
· Collaborates with internal core stakeholders to identify system issues and process needs, and ensures EMR and other systems are being optimized
· Partner with process owners to understand system updates or changes, and incorporate them into training content
· Assists users in determining specific requirements to increase system effectiveness
· Analyze and evaluate existing and /or proposed systems
· Document the current state into future states of clinical/business processes
· Uses data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business/clinical operations
· Engages users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identifies dependencies
· Supports continued system maintenance and optimization
· Analyze system problems and modifications
· Coordinates training of systems

Skills & Requirements
· Required H.S. Diploma or GED
· Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, or nursing
· Preferred 2 years’ experience in information systems
