We are searching for an Organizational Resilience Program Manager with a background in mass notification, SharePoint design and development, and incident management technology platforms. This role will focus on managing and enhancing our Everbridge Mass Notification System, building and maintaining SharePoint-based incident response tools, and providing technical support for the Virtual Incident Response Portal.
This position is critical in ensuring that Texas Children’s Hospital maintains a seamless, reliable, and innovative approach to emergency management technology.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Everbridge Mass Notification
o Manage, configure, and create incidents within Everbridge.
o Build and maintain incident templates and notification workflows.
o Provide user training and support for Everbridge system functionality.
· SharePoint Development & Support
o Design and develop SharePoint sites to support emergency management and incident command operations.
o Build and maintain all HICS forms within Microsoft Forms, integrating responses into SharePoint Lists for real-time reporting.
o Migrate content from SharePoint into Incident Command folders, ensuring accessibility and version control.
o Provide technical support for the Virtual Incident Response Portal.
· Incident Command & Emergency Management Support
o Support creation and management of incidents within both Everbridge and Microsoft SharePoint.
o Maintain familiarity with Microsoft EOC and apply experience to enhance operational readiness.
o Assist with technology applications including Fusion, Pulsara, EmResource, and weather monitoring tools.
· Program & Exercise Support
o Provide support for the annual Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
o Assist in developing and updating emergency management and business continuity plans.
o Support and coordinate training, drills, and exercises.
o Contribute to crisis/incident management operations as part of the Crisis Management Team.
· Collaboration & Representation
o Work with internal stakeholders, leaders, and external partners (SETRAC, OEMs, Regional Partners).
o Deliver training and awareness on systems and processes.
o Represent Texas Children’s Hospital at relevant emergency management and business continuity events.
Skills & Requirements
· Required High School Diploma or GED
· Preferred bachelor's degree in Disaster Preparedness or Emergency Management preferred
· Required 4 years of healthcare emergency management, corporate business continuity, IT disaster recovery, or crisis management experience
· Preferred Licenses/Certifications
o CEM - Certified Emergency Manager by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)
o CBCP - Cert Business Continuity Professional by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI International)
o CHPCP - Certified Healthcare Provider Continuity Professional by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI International)
o MBCP - Master Business Continuity Professional by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI International)
• A bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience
