We’re excited to announce three brand-new, high-impact Senior Strategic HR Business Partner roles created to directly support key areas of our organization: Nursing, Operations, and the Physician Organization. In these roles, you’ll serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic consultant to executive and operational leaders, aligning people strategies with our mission of excellence in care, research, and innovation. 🔹 What You'll Do
•    Serve as a strategic partner to hospital and system leaders, translating business strategy into actionable human capital plans.
•    Lead people initiatives that drive culture, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
•    Anticipate and address workforce needs through data-informed HR solutions and proactive planning.
•    Collaborate across HR functions — including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards — to drive recruitment, retention, and development efforts.
•    Support key strategic initiatives such as clinical expansion, digital transformation, and academic partnerships through strong change management leadership.
•    Use workforce analytics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce trends that shape business decisions.
•    Partner with Employee Relations to manage workplace concerns in a fair, compliant, and forward-thinking manner.

🔹 What We're Looking For - 
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)
•    Master’s degree (preferred)

•    8 years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting complex healthcare, academic medical center, or hospital environments (required)
•    Senior-level HR certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
•    Strong ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and lead through change
•    Experience using HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive insight and improvement
