We’re hunting for a Senior Supply Chain Management Tech, someone who’s ready to be part of a growing team with amazing opportunities. In this position you will manage all par and perpetual inventory locations assigned. Maintain accurate status of the PeopleSoft inventory system, conduct cycle counting for ordering, stock put away, par management (cleanup, additions, subtractions), and address customer needs on units related to supply chain. This position will be responsible for the integrity of the hospital supply inventory locations, reconciling all inventory discrepancies, and charging appropriate departments for issued goods.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Supply Ordering, Delivery, and Put Away Management
•    Manage supply ordering through point of use or ERP system daily through cycle counting
•    Receive orders in ERP system and point of use with accuracy for any discrepancies, and escalate as needed
•    Put away orders in point of use system and inventory locations to reflect accurate stocking counts
•    Generates par level count sheets for assigned areas using PeopleSoft and counts individual PAR locations to include data entry into PeopleSoft computer.
•    Delivers supplies and equipment promptly to designated area(s) following the standard delivery schedule or other ad hoc request.
•    Manage STAT ordering process for units.
•    Runs the People-Soft inventory replenishment process on a daily basis and reviews for accuracy.
•    Reviews open orders and expedites with purchasing based on need and urgency as documented by stock outs.
•    Verifies the accuracy of the receiving process including reviewing the packing list and put-away document.
•    Reviews reports and appropriate People-Soft panels (i.e. load-staged errors) to analyze and make necessary modifications to receipt process errors.
•    Manage equipment at designated par locations
•    Lead/oversee projects as directed by the Manager
•    Manage Par Locations Assigned
•    Facilitates meetings or informal training sessions for inventory activity, as needed. 
•    Coordinates with other departments as directed by Manager 
•    Performs other job-related duties within the time limit, as assigned.

Skills & Requirements
•    Required High School Diploma or GED
•    Preferred bachelor's degree
•    Required 5 years inventory management or supply chain related experience
