In this position, you will supervise and direct clinical staff and gather information, assess, and provide direct care to patients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Skills & Requirements
- Required H.S. Diploma or GED or Diploma from a school of vocational nursing or documentation from the Texas Board of Nursing verifying an exception to the requirement for a diploma from a school of vocational nursing.
- Required BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association and LVN - Lic-Licensed Vocational Nurses by the State of Texas
- Required 1-year Clinical experience with a preferred 1-year Supervisory experience
