We’re looking for a Financial Disbursement Specialist, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will act as liaison between Financial Disbursements and key business owners to identify needs and develop resolutions. Performs time management related functions by entering, validating, communicating, and analyzing timecard data. Assists in the ongoing implementation of business processes and special projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Collaborates with internal core stakeholders, leadership, and peers to identify system issues and process needs.
•    Identifies system or application needs.
•    Conducts analysis of current business practices, user needs and workflow processes.
•    Documents the current as is & to be business processes.
•    Performs analysis and makes recommendations.
•    Investigates alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from reports, metrics, and evaluations.
•    Uses data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvements.
•    Cross trains staff and/or end-users as needed.
•    Drafts job aids and communications for staff, vendors, and/or stakeholders, follows test and pilot plans, and provides post go-live support as needed.
•    Engages users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies.
•    Supports key strategic initiatives in projects and new processes.
•    Maintains functional processes by following established departmental policies and procedures, workflows, and departmental goals.
•    Provides ongoing support and training of systems.
•    Initiates timely contact with stakeholders/end users to follow up on open items.

Requirements
•    Required High School Diploma or GED
•    Required 3 years of Payroll, Timekeeping, Accounts Payable or Financial Disbursements Experience
•    Preferred 1 year of Payroll, Timekeeping, Accounts Payable or Financial Disbursements Experience in a Healthcare Environment
•    An associate degree may substitute for 2 years of required experience. A bachelor's degree may substitute for 3 years of required experience.
