We’re looking for a Real Estate Specialist, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will provide property management services to occupants of leased and owned locations and implement real estate strategies through transaction activities including acquisition and disposition of real estate interests.

Qualifications: 
•    Required bachelor's degree Business, Engineering or Architecture  
•    Preferred master's degree Business, Engineering, Architecture or Liberal Arts
•    Required 5 years real estate site management, transaction experience or consulting experience


Responsibilities:
•    Manages Real Estate’s property management responsibilities and activities.
•    Provides lease and property management advisory services to the occupiers of leased property portfolio. 
•    Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide optimal service and direction on issues arising in leased facilities. 
•    Travel to off-campus facilities to determine real estate issues occurring at such facilities. 
•    Act as a liaison between internal customers and external landlords on matters related to lease compliance, quality of landlord services, service interruptions, rent payable, and disputes. Provide solutions for issues, escalate when appropriate and work with stakeholders to achieve satisfactory solutions. 
•    Communicate with management/executives and external landlords regarding these issues. 
•    Assists practice managers and project managers with tenant move-in and move-out checklists. 
•    Prepares cash rent and property operating expense budgets for Financial Services and occupants of leased properties. 
•    Prepares and provides internal clients with reports relating to critical dates, rent obligations, portfolio updates, services obligations, tenant stacking diagrams, and other information as requested. 
•    Real estate transaction management.
•    Maintain market knowledge of those geographical areas in which entity operates.
•    Coordinate with departments to ensure leveraging of services and cost savings in leased facilities.
