We are searching for a Supervisor Care Coordination (RN) - STAR Kids – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will supervise front line staff by directing the activities for the team, handle customer concerns and issues that require a high degree of appropriate knowledge, creativity, research and communication with internal and external resources, and assist with the management of incoming call traffic. Additionally, you will ensure resources are utilized efficiently, in accordance with program objectives, key performance indicators and in ways that consistently promote customer quality and satisfaction and lessen the probability of customer complaints by managing problems referred by Member Service Representatives or other staff.

Responsibilities
•    Supports the care management, population health, and/or behavioral health daily operations
•    Conducts initial and on-going system training for Case Management staff
•    Participates in quality initiatives and performance management
•    Supervision of daily operations
 

Requirements
•    Bachelor's Degree – Nursing (BSN)
•    RN - Registered Nurse - Texas Board or Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact
•    One year Managed care experience
•    Three years progressively responsible professional experience in population health, community public health, ambulatory care, or healthcare administration
