We are searching for a Manager of Family Support Services -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will manage and lead the daily operations, administrative and human resources activities for volunteer and screener services.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Masters degree preferred
- 5 years' healthcare or patient support services required
- 1 year leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manages daily operations of Volunteer and Screening Services.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with staff, peers and “customer” teams.
- Develops, maintains and prioritizes departmental based goals/ success indicators in each area of service
- Special business, financial, or operations projects for Support services or other departments as assigned
- Act as a point of contact for coordination of Friends and Family patients and visitors at the campus
- Act as a point of contact for the Development department for campus specific needs Accountability
- Maintains regulatory readiness.
- Ensures that JC requirements specific to Family Support Services s are fulfilled,
- Completes timely performance appraisals for direct reports
- Assures that all staff complete all required training
- Develops and modifies job descriptions as necessary
