Summary:
As a core member of the HR Communications team, The Manager of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing will drive the strategy and execution of our employer brand to both internal and external audiences. This role will also effectively manage the day-to-day activities of our recruitment marketing efforts, including overseeing the creation of exceptionally-composed content for candidates, marketing open positions to targeted audiences and attracting the best talent to Texas Children's.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures our employer brand is consistently delivered to Texas Children’s candidates and threaded through the employee lifecycle of current team members
Delivers our employer brand, content strategy and messaging across all managed channels, including internal, social media and digital outlets.
Distributes outstanding and creative content through internal opportunities, recruitment channels and events.
Drives employee and candidate experience through compelling storytelling and creating meaningful connections that foster positive brand sentiment
Develops recruitment marketing strategy that connect our values and goals with the needs and interests of our target employees.
Expands the Texas Children’s online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to our careers website and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media.
Draws from marketing experience to articulate differentiated employment positioning. Develops recruitment practices for target audiences, using both earned and paid tactics.
Experience working with a recruitment marketing agency to create targeting hiring campaigns.
Executes recruitment strategies through web activation, email distributions, social media promotions, and more.
Produces branded collateral to be used for recruitment efforts.
Develop and implement Search and PPC related campaigns, strategies and initiatives
Tracks results and continuously seeks improvement opportunities based on key performances indicators
Experience developing a digital marketing strategy (web site development, SEO, SEM, etc.)
Experience managing social media campaigns across all channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
Skills & Requirements
Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred degree in Journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, mass communications, English or related field
5 years of Progressively responsible experience, including communications or news team management experience required
