Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Systems Analyst (5 years or more experience troubleshooting and operating integrated and stand-alone AV equipment)-- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will have a major role in developing solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within the organization’s Integrated Delivery System.

Job Duties & Responsibilities 
Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications 
Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations 
Facilitates and supports the system installation through the implementation cycle 
Develop, schedule and facilitate test plans for software, network, integration, user acceptance and parallel usage 
Facilitates design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface 
Analyzes clinical use of existing systems to identify problem to be resolved and defines system applications or process improvements 
Coordinates the upgrade schedules with vendors and/or users across the Integrated Delivery System 
Recommends process changes as determined from risk and failure points in the processes evaluated, with necessary modifications to workflows and/or current procedures to maximize the advantages of existing systems 
Skills & Requirements 
High school diploma or GED required 
8 years major system design and implementation experience required 
Bachelor’s degree will substitute four years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two years of work experience 
Up to two years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis 
5 years or more experience troubleshooting and operating integrated and stand-alone AV equipment (including digital and analog gear) such as Crestron Control Processors/Switchers/Touch Panels, Wireless/Wired microphones, QSC and Vaddio PTZ and Tripod-mounted Camera systems, QSC and BiAmp Digital Sound Processors (DSPs) and Amplifiers, Shure/Sennheiser Ceiling Microphones, Logitech Rally systems and Cisco video-conferencing codecs.
3+ years of experience designing and managing AV systems and project ranging from huddle spaces to large conference room, Specialty spaces, Training Rooms, Boardrooms and Auditoriums.
3+ years of experience programming or engineering for Crestron and QSC hardware.
3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Zoom, specifically in meeting spaces. This includes the different Live Events, Webinars and Meetings products for each.
5+ years of customer service experience, including 1+ years in C-Suite meetings/event support.
