We are searching for Logistics Technician II – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for executing moves utilizing the logistics process, including move planning, putting together furniture and ensuring successful outcomes of operational move requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.

  • Qualified to operate non-CDL straight trucks and a good driving record (Valid Texas Drivers License in good standing required within 90 days of starting)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years in construction, carpentry and/or moving furniture/equipment experience required


  • Collaborates with internal move team on appropriate activities
  • Coordinates onsite activities
  • Communicates expectations in term of increased traffic, noise, and other disruptions to end user/client
  • Perform installation and move activities by properly preparing the area and equipment
  • Transports furniture and materials
  • Provides warehouse management support
  • Demonstrates a high-quality work ethic by exhibiting a professional attitude, honesty, and integrity
