We are searching for a Revenue Operations Specialist— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be overseeing the areas of data and gift entry to ensure that all cash gifts, stock donations, and pledges are accurately recorded in the fundraising database and reconciled with the Financial Office.

  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A Bachelor's degree may substitute for the two (2) years of required work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ in fundraising and/or finance experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with fundraising software, preferably Blackbaud system preferred


  • Conduct daily gift processing activities and ensures accurate processing and stewardship of gifts
  • Prepare standard donor acknowledgments of all deposits (Inc. in-kind and outside department deposits) (receipt or letter) within the required timeline of receipt of the gift
  • Update biographical data in RE as provided by constituent’s information on checks and/or correspondence
  • Assist in handling telephone calls and emails, as well as providing customer service to alumni and constituents
  • Assist all areas of the Philanthropy department when and where needed as projects arise
