We are searching for a System Analyst II, (ITSM/Service Desk Coordinator) who will support all phases of a system implementation or upgrade project and provides production services such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including configuration, testing, debugging, and documenting applications. Consults with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives. Additional responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performing minor modifications to the application.
Qualifications: Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
· HS diploma or GED required with 7 years experience in Computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, or nursing · Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) additional years of work experience.
Responsibilities: · Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications · Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle · Performs configuration analysis for system design associated medium sized projects of average complexity · Analyzes system problems and modifications · Coordinates implementation and upgrades of complex systems.
