Summary:
We are searching for a Treasury Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will coordinate the daily cash management and investment needs for the TCH Integrated Delivery System.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Credit Card Operations
Responsible for daily support of Texas Children’s organization-wide credit card operations (user administration; device management and maintenance; support to internal departments).
Support organization’s administration of merchant processing activities and monitoring of credit card structure.
Monitor, track, and ensure all payment processing platforms and payment channels are operational (includes point of sale, online, and third party solutions).
Serve as liaison between Treasury and internal/external stakeholders.
Cash Management & Liquidity Operations
Support cash positioning and liquidity activities for Texas Children’s.
Support investment transaction and administration activities across all Texas Children’s portfolios.
Administer and maintain organization’s treasury management system
Provide support coverage at hospital locations. Support includes application and reconciliation of patient transactions, timely deposits of patients receipts, safekeeping activities of onsite cash, and liquidity support of Texas Children’s campus operations(responsibility requires 5-10% travel per month to community hospital sites).
Reporting:
Generate and provide activity reports and related analytics necessary for daily credit card, cash management, and investment operations.
Assist in development of reports and analytics required to achieve strategic and operational requirements.
Risk and Compliance:
Responsible for compliance activities including policies and procedures for both credit card and cash management including Texas Children’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) compliance.
Participate and assist in PCI compliance assessments and due diligence activities for new or modifications to existing card solutions.
Project Management andInitiatives:
Support all organization-wide credit card strategic initiatives including due diligence, contracting, design, pilot, implementation, expansion, system integration, and PCI compliance.
Support new service implementations and initiatives may require 5%-10% travel and potential physical installation of solution.
Responsible for ad-hoc Treasury projects and initiatives
Skills & Requirements
Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
Required H.S. Diploma or GED with a preferred Bachelor's Degree
Preferred CCM - Cert-Certified Case Manager
Required 7 years treasury and/or cash management experience
Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 4 years of experience.
