Summary:

We are searching for a Manager of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will effectively manage the day-to-day activities of our recruitment marketing efforts, including creating exceptionally composed content for candidates, marketing open positions to myriad audiences, and attracting the best talent to Texas Children's.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversees recruitment marketing efforts
  • Partners with recruitment leadership in implementing robust marketing strategies that fill critical vacancies
  • Develops both short and long-term recruitment marketing campaigns in fulfilling Texas Children’s strategy
  • Manages digital and public relations outlets for HR, showcasing our mission and culture to key audiences
  • Assists with delivering the strategic goal setting, creation, execution of Texas Children’s employer brand across all companies and divisions


Qualifications:

  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
  • Required Bachelor's Degree with a preferred Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, mass communications, English or related field
  • 5 years Progressively responsible experience, including communications or news team management
