We are searching for a Business Systems Analyst -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. Reporting to senior IS leadership, this role will coordinate and administer support for Audit, Compliance and Security activities.  You will employ strong technical, communications and organizational skills to communicate technical requirements from Security and Compliance resources to departmental IS staff and business stakeholders.  In conjunction with peers on the Security team, you will manage compliance with various controls; gather evidence for audit processes; draft processes and procedures as needed to address security and compliance needs; and drive to resolution any work needed to address gaps and improve processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with internal core stakeholders to identify system issues and process needs
  • Respond to compliance and security issues, managing issues to resolution
  • Conducts analysis of current business practices, user needs and workflow processes
  • Investigates alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations
  • Insures compliance with Audit, Compliance and Security requirements
  • Develops policy and procedure documents
  • Facilitates discussions, conducts analysis, and coordinates activity of multiple teams and resources to address Audit, Compliance and Security activities
  • Develops and maintains training materials and training environments for relevant systems


Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 7 years experience in healthcare, insurance and/or information systems required
  • A bachelor’s degree will substitute for 4 years of work experience
  • A master’s degree will substitute for 2 years of work experience
  • Prior experience with Audit/Compliance/Security domains is preferred but not required
