We are searching for a Traffic and Production Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will assist in advancing the marketing team (Philanthropy, Corporate Marketing, Public Relations, and Health Plan Member Engagement) in order to achieve the organization's goals. Role manages creative and communication project traffic and coordinates

Responsibilities :

  • Manages communications projects workflow including maintaining task and project lists, assessing team workload to determine task assignments, coordinating project deadlines and budgets, and organizing relevant department resources to keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinates production schedule for publications and leads traffic process for content
  • Provides proofreading and press check coordination/review
  • Edits and updates existing text, design and web documents as part of the proofing process
  • Works closely with colleagues to help drive and support processes and programs that impact the team’s ability to effectively produce work
  • Orchestrates implementation of media buys: Partners with Service Line and Media buy vendors to coordinate and carry out media buy plans for various advertising needs (including, but not limited to, outdoor, out-of-home, print, publication, online, signage, and newspaper


  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, or a related field required
  • 3 years of advertising, marketing, communications, philanthropy or related experience required 
  • Ability to use word processing, database, and basic design software, the ability to write/edit brief articles and emails and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment preferred
