Summary:

We are searching for a Systems Analyst II who will support the Microsoft Collaboration, Power Platform, Sharepoint, etc. platform - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will support and manage all phases of a system optimization or upgrade projects and provide production services such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets. Reviews and analyzes programming systems including testing and documenting , workflow administration, data management and modifications/configurations of the MSFT specific platform. Consults with customers to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives to determine how technology can enable their goals. Lastly, we need you to work tirelessly to evangelize and gain adoption of the Microsoft platform as we continue or journey.

Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.

· HS diploma or GED required with 7 years experience in Computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, or nursing

· Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) additional years of work experience.

· Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month to month basis.

· MS Collaboration tools, MS Teams, Basic SharePoint, Forms
· Knowledge of Power App/Automate, Viva applications
· Knowledge or experience with other M365 apps.
· Experience building M365 Champion networks
· Knowledge of Organizational Change Management and M365 Adoption
· Strong communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening

Responsibilities:

· Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications
· Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
· Performs configuration analysis for system design associated medium sized projects of average complexity
· Analyzes system problems and modifications

· Build awareness for our transformation story utilizing a variety of engagement channels (intranet, email, newsletters, mobile, webinar, etc.) and plans regular updates to employees using video/digital and written communication
· Understanding the scope and implications of transformation and connect it to the broader strategy. Ensure alignment across the organization for all communications.
