Summary:

We are searching for an Outcomes Analyst - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing the analytical components of projects or programs associated with the Enterprise Data Management and Clinical Infrastructure Strategy. The position analyzes and interprets clinical, operational, and satisfaction data to provide insight into care delivery, quality improvement, and research.

Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption

Master’s degree in math, statistics, computer science, or a related field required; Ph.D. preferred
5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting (either hospital or ambulatory) and awareness of national issues in the healthcare industry required; 1 year experience in project management preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage enterprise-wide, high priority analyses and processes associated with clinical integration and data management
Perform the Key Process Analysis
Participate in Best Practice Discovery and Data Quality Assurance and Data Integrity
Design Reports and Metrics
Manage Report Distribution
Interpret Results and Research
Develop processes and methods, with collaboration, for consistent data management, analysis, and interpretation within the enterprise-wide clinical programs and within the Quality and Safety Department
