Summary:

We are searching for an Ambassador - Woodlands Campus someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll help meet the unique needs of patients and families, to include transportation and lodging assistance, problem resolution, as well as patient and family programming.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides concierge services to patients and families.
  • Work with patients, families and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handles patient satisfaction issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures related to service recovery, patient gifts, parking programs


Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.

 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Spanish speaking skills required and tracked as defined by Communicating with Patients and Families with a Language Barrier Policy
  • 3 years related customer service experience required
